Being a complete newb in the world of coffee, I’ve now joined 25k other people, in understanding (somewhat) the level of science that goes behind brewing a good cup. All those electronic machines, may be good for commuters and people who just want an easy life, but I’d pay extra for this level of experience. So, this Syphon video is amazing to me, even if you’ve already seen it, watch it again, and send it to your friends. I’ve found the UK version
